Engage Services Africa (ESA) is a hosted-buyer B2B engagement platform dedicated exclusively to trade in services. Built on the proven Engage Trade Africa model, Engage Services Africa connects African service providers with international buyers, corporates, governments, and development partners through a highly curated programme of pre-qualified B2B meetings, sector roundtables, workshops, and relationship-building engagements.

The programme is designed to convert expertise into contracts, support cross-border service delivery, and unlock new market access opportunities for African firms across priority global markets.

Services are now the fastest-growing component of global trade, yet African service providers remain under-represented in international sourcing pipelines.

EVENT STRUCTURE

Day 1 is about insight, positioning and relationship- and trust-building. A series of services-specific workshops will cover cross-border contracting, procurement frameworks, international compliance and delivery models, and pricing services for global markets. We are also looking at creating sector-specific roundtables with corporates, DFIs, governments, and international buyers. As with ETA, the afternoon will be made up of curated social networking and experiential engagements to promote informal relationship-building and create environments where real deals begin.

Day 2 and 3 primarily hold pre-scheduled one-on-one meetings between the African service providers and International buyers and corporates, agencies and partners. The meetings are curated in advance, needs-driven, 20-minute high-intensity sessions focused on mandates, RFPs, pilots and partnerships.

On day 3 we are considering hosting thematic roundtables aligned to technology services, professional services, creative industries and infrastructure and specialist services, exploring multi-country opportunities, framework agreements, and consortium and partnership building.
